I have pool service through another company but Eric said if you ever need anything, just call. Everyone says that, right? Well, Memorial Day weekend, late evening and something is wrong with my pool. The heater is saying the water is low, the motor is running but water isn’t flowing, my jets aren’t working, the pool is cold and I’m panicked. I text Eric knowing they are not my pool service but hoping he could advise me. He immediately responds. I don’t speak pool language but he patiently talks me through different possibilities as to why my pool is throwing a tantrum. We finally figured out the problem. He never once stated it was the pool service responsibility, which it was. He provided the utmost customer service to me. He didn’t have to. I am so grateful Eric responded on a holiday and demonstrated, “if you need anything, just call” truly means.
